Here at WindyCityPoodles our poodles are raised in our
home. They are house trained and litter boxed
trained as well. We feed them premium dog foods,
vitamins, lots of treats, and chewies. We keep
up with their vaccinations, wormings, and have regular
visits to the vet. They are bathed and brushed
regularly so they always look beautiful. They learn
silly tricks, and get lots of play time and social
time with our family. Before we breed our girls they
must be in top condition. They are an extension of
our family and we feel they should be treated with
love and respect.
We carefully selected our red
poodles from reputable breeders, with champions in
their pedigrees. We also wanted the possibility of
getting a variety of different sized red poodles, red
teacups, red tiny toys, and red insize toy
poodles. That was another good reason to buy from
breeders who know their lines. We chose smaller males
to achieve this and most of our girls have some small
in their lines as well. So far its working. We
have been getting mostly tiny toys, some insize toys,
and a few teacups. I feel our hard work in the
selection process and the raising process is really
shining through in our puppies. In the variety
of our puppies, we have seen great coats, show
prospects, and poodles with correct conformation. We
also have females of different colors so that we can
have a variety of colors to offer in the poodles
including, brindles, partis, apricots, blacks, creams,
cafe au lait, and some of the more exotic colored
poodles. Its always fun to see what we will get
next!! Our goal is raising happy healthy puppies with
lots of socialization, kept very clean and usually
started on potty training before they leave our home,
either puppy pads, or litter box training. In the
warmer months they are given lots of chances to learn
to potty outdoors, after they have their first
vaccinations of course. We continue to improve our
lines.
